Service Terms

1. The service

HXY Consulting (“HXY,” “we,” “us”) creates branded social graphics, captions, and related digital creative materials for the package selected at checkout. The package description at checkout identifies the scope, price, and whether the purchase is one-time or recurring.

2. Payment, onboarding, and delivery

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Work begins only after payment has cleared and we have received the materials reasonably needed to begin through the onboarding brief. Delivery timelines, including the one-business-day first-draft target, begin only then and may shift when materials, approvals, or feedback arrive late.

3. Client materials and approvals

You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and authority to provide any logos, images, brand information, copy, or other materials you send to HXY. You remain responsible for reviewing final content for accuracy, legal compliance, platform rules, and suitability before publication.

4. Revisions and final files

Each package includes one consolidated revision round unless the package description says otherwise. Final deliverables are provided digitally. Once the applicable package is paid in full, you may use the final delivered files for your business’s ordinary marketing and social-media activity. HXY retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and unused concepts.

5. No results guarantee

HXY does not manage your social accounts, buy advertising, take photographs, or guarantee follower growth, engagement, sales, bookings, or any other business result. You control whether and where to publish the content.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of these terms. Payments are non-refundable once creative work has begun because each package is custom-created for your business. The policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Monthly membership

The monthly package renews automatically at the price disclosed at checkout until canceled. You can initiate cancellation of future renewals through the billing portal in your member area. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not undo already-paid work or services already delivered.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, HXY provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis and disclaims implied warranties. HXY’s total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to HXY for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by New Jersey law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised effective date. A material change to an active monthly membership will be communicated as required by applicable law.
