One-time packages
Payments are non-refundable once creative work has begun, because each package is custom-created for your business. Before work begins, you may cancel for a full refund.
If HXY cannot deliver
If HXY cannot deliver the agreed scope, HXY will complete the work or refund the undelivered portion. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Monthly memberships
You may cancel future renewals at any time through the billing portal in your member area. Cancellation stops the next charge. It does not reverse an already-completed charge or make already-started custom creative work refundable.
Requesting help
For a cancellation, refund question, billing issue, or delivery concern, use the HXY help and support page. Include the email used at checkout and, if available, the relevant order or payment details.
Do not submit card numbers or other sensitive financial information through the support form.
