What we don't do: We don't manage your accounts, run ads, take photographs, or guarantee any specific follower counts or business results. You remain in control of your social media presence.

Common questions
Do I need design experience to work with you?
Not at all. You share your logo, any photos you have, and tell us about your business. We take it from there and create everything for you.
What do I need to provide?
At minimum: your business name, logo (or a description if you don't have one yet), and a sense of the topics or promotions you want covered. Higher-quality materials help us create better work for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any logos or photos you supply.
When will I receive my content?
First drafts arrive within two business days of payment clearing and all required materials being received. If your materials arrive late, the timeline shifts accordingly.
How does the revision round work?
You review all drafts and send us one set of consolidated feedback — gathered in a single message. We apply those changes and deliver your final files. Additional revision rounds can be quoted separately if needed.
Does the trial auto-renew into the monthly package?
No. The trial is a one-time purchase with no automatic enrollment. If you'd like to continue with a monthly package, we confirm the arrangement and invoice you separately before any further payment.
Can I cancel the monthly package?
Yes. Email [email protected] before your next invoice date and we'll stop future work. Any already-paid work is handled under our refund policy below.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
If work hasn't started, we'll refund you in full. If work is underway, contact [email protected] and we'll agree on a fair resolution based on what's been completed. See our full policy in the footer.
